Refugees Support Group

Miriam, the woman that I interviewed, has a women’s refugee support group in Kirikkale, Turkey. She likes to help the refugees there to find a reason to live. Due to the situation that they are in, they may not know why they should live. She admires their strength, courage, and spirit. The refugees that she works with are from Iraq and Iran. She thinks that the most interesting thing about the refugees is their stories. She also said, “I love helping them find a sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.”
